Hello Church Family,

In the Bible we are reminded that our bodies are living temples of the Spirit of God (1 Corinthians 6:19) and that we are called to glorify God with our whole lives. Well, I invite you to a new thing for Lakeside this year. Lakeside Run and Walk Club.

We will meet up in the church parking lot on June 14, 2025 at 7:00AM for a morning jog or walk. The goal is to meet throughout the year for encouragement and to join a few 5K or 10K races together.  If you would like to join in we will have meet ups and/or races at least one Saturday a month. We will start with a short devotional and group prayer and then find a partner or a group to run or walk with. We will explain the path for that day as well. 

DU Dash is a virtual race you can sign up for and run with us next Saturday

Miles for Miracles is a race at location on June 21, 2025. Location: 5225 Calhoun Rd Houston, TX US 77021
