You’re invited to Stewardship Sunday at Lakeside UMC on November 9 at 10:30 AM as we celebrate God’s faithfulness and look ahead with hope. Together, we’ll dedicate our 2026 Forward in Faith commitments and give thanks for all that God is doing through our church.

As we turn to giving thanks this holiday season, remembering all that God has done for us, let us practice thanksgiving through the act of giving back. Support your local pantry and help care for your community this holiday season. 

Please submit the names of those you would like to honor on All Saints' Day by October 27th to the office at church@thelakesideumc.org.  Each family who submits a name will be given a chance to light a candle in remembrance of those who have passed.

We are inviting all of our elementary and middle school students. to join the Christmas Musical. Practice will be Sunday mornings at 9:30AM starting in September. Email our Church Office with questions or your desire to be apart of the Christmas Play.

Start your Thursday morning with fellowship, coffee, and meaningful conversation. Lakeside Men is a group for men of all ages to grow together in faith and friendship. Meeting at 6:00 AM each Thursday, the group is currently walking through A Man’s Guide to a Life Worth Living, which uses the book of Ephesians to explore how to build a life of purpose—rooted in Christ—rather than being driven by endless tasks. It’s a time to connect, encourage one another, and be challenged to live with intention.

Ms. Danielle, who is on this email, will help on Sunday mornings and will provide lessons and explanations for the acolytes. Serving as an acolyte is a meaningful way for our children to take part in leading worship and to grow in their faith as part of the Lakeside family.
