Dear Lakeside Family,

This Sunday is our big Souper Bowl Event! You are invited to come out and have fun with us. Bring your Soup, Cornbread, and/or dessert before the 10:30 service and setup your food items. Place a card with a title for your dish. We will eat right after worship. During worship I will  be breaking down some information about where we are as a community and  a vision for where we are going. This will combine our talks on habits and discipleship. I hope you will come out this Sunday!

We have been invited to a Black History event in our area focused on our local community. Hosted by Kingwood Christian Church in partnership with Strawbridge United Methodist Church and The Luke Church, this community event will feature Dr. Robert Meaux offering a historical look at Bordersville and Humble. Pastors will offer a short reflection and invitation to ministry after the presentation. Dinner will be provided for all, please RSVP.
